Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel, I kindly request that it is at least 24hr before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do will result in a same day cancellation fee.
No call/show will result in being charged 100% for the service booked and you will not be allowed to schedule any future appointments.
If you are running late, I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as you can. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, charged a cancellation fee, and you will have to reschedule.
